What is your turn around time?
The industry’s standard turnaround time is 10 days; we strive to finish our restorations in 7 working days. We can always finish them faster for your patients that may need their crown cemented earlier. We just ask that you schedule that in advance so we can fit that into our schedule and to make sure our schedule allows for it.
How will your lab help before we send a case to your lab and what if we have questions?
We are always here to help! Just contact us and we can discuss and plan the case together. We can figure out what the best material choice is for your patient, or if needed, we can assist you with taking the shade.
How will your lab help after I send a case to you and what can I expect after I receive a case from you?
All our crowns come with a lifetime guarantee. We stand behind our work and make sure you and your patients are completely satisfied. It’s so important for us to do this, because building relationships that last a lifetime is what we stand for. We believe in building lasting relationships and stand behind our work.
I’ve had issues with consistency in the past and that’s a concern of mine now. Can you help?
I am sorry to hear you had issues. The work from any lab at any time, can change. Our lab is not a large lab. It’s small on purpose. Quality control and great personal service is our top priority. Being a smaller lab, cases do not go through multiple different hands. This allows your crowns to be consistently made to the quality that you expect from your lab.
Communication is important to us. What can we expect from your lab?
You should be able to easily contact your lab for any concerns or questions anytime. For our current customers, we are available by phone call, email or even text. We know communication is key for having the best possible outcome for your patients!
When can we expect to receive our deliveries from your lab?
As soon as we receive your case, we schedule it to be finished the day before the due date or earlier. We do not feel comfortable having to work on cases the same day it is due. If there are any conflicts with the requested due date, we will contact your office right away to confirm patient’s cement date, to avoid any surprises. We value you and your patient’s time, especially when they already have scheduled time out of their day to come see you for the cement of their crown.
How long do doctors work with your lab?
We believe in building long term personal partnerships. We have doctors that still work with us, since the very first day I started working here as an employee in 1992!
